Welcome to Absolute X Fitness

Thanks for dropping by and checking us out. Let me use this first post to tell you a little about what we do.

Golfers of all ages, especially junior golfers and golfers over 40, need help getting their game to a level that lets them enjoy it more, compete more and play better. Our motto is: Strong Players, Play Strong.

Our one on one sessions are typically between 45 and 70 minutes long and help the golfer with

  1. Flexibility. You need long, soft supple muscles to have a powerful, controlled swing
  2. Golf strength. Hips, back and shoulders. The basis to all golf success is strength and control in these areas
  3. Coordination. This is the #1 problem with golfers under 18. Getting the body to understand what it needs to do to swing the club consistently
  4. Power. If you want length off of the tee. You need to call us. We can do more for your distance in three sessions than ANY contraption or new club. We will teach you three easy moves to increase your swing speed, which is equate to more length!
